{"id":10232,"date":"2021-12-04T16:32:28","date_gmt":"2021-12-04T15:32:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/saintsymphorien.net\/?p=10232"},"modified":"2021-12-04T16:32:28","modified_gmt":"2021-12-04T15:32:28","slug":"mise-en-place-dune-organisation-collegiale-des-services-de-notre-paroisse","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/saintsymphorien.net\/mise-en-place-dune-organisation-collegiale-des-services-de-notre-paroisse\/","title":{"rendered":"Mise en place d&#8217;une organisation coll\u00e9giale des services de notre paroisse"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Les diff\u00e9rents services paroissiaux vont \u00eatre rassembl\u00e9s en 7 p\u00f4les :<\/h2>\n<p>Notre Paroisse souhaite offrir le meilleur pour chacun d\u2019entre nous et une r\u00e9flexion nous a amen\u00e9s \u00e0 proposer <strong>une organisation coll\u00e9giale des services paroissiaux<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En soutien op\u00e9rationnel de l&#8217;<strong>Equipe d&#8217;Animation pastorale (EAP)<\/strong> et du <strong>Comit\u00e9 paroissial des Affaires \u00e9conomiques (CPAE)<\/strong>, sont mis en place des p\u00f4les qui vont rassembler les services de Pastorale et les services de Communication. Pour chaque p\u00f4le, un <strong>coordinateur<\/strong> est nomm\u00e9 par le Cur\u00e9 pour une dur\u00e9e d\u00e9termin\u00e9e et chaque service dispose d\u2019un ou deux responsables, nomm\u00e9s \u00e9galement par le Cur\u00e9 pour une dur\u00e9e d\u00e9termin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00f4le des coordinateurs :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u20131\/<strong>Remonter l\u2019information<\/strong>\u00a0: 1a\/Participer \u00e0 la <b>r\u00e9union mensuelle de coordination paroissiale avec le <\/b><b>cur\u00e9<\/b>. 1b\/Relayer les informations de chaque service vers le cur\u00e9, rapidement pour les informations urgentes, d\u2019une fa\u00e7on synth\u00e9tique \u00e0 la r\u00e9union de coordination mensuelle pour les autres.<\/p>\n<p>\u20132\/<strong>Coordonner<\/strong>\u00a0: 2a\/Informer le responsable de chaque service du p\u00f4le des informations cl\u00e9s \u00e9chang\u00e9es dans la r\u00e9union de coordination mensuelle. 2b\/Relayer les informations et les d\u00e9cisions prises par le cur\u00e9. 2c\/Coordonner les actions impliquant plusieurs services du p\u00f4le. Pour les actions impliquant un autre p\u00f4le, se concerter avec le coordinateur du p\u00f4le concern\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><b>Un bilan d\u2019\u00e9tape sera fait fin-06 ou d\u00e9but-07\/2022 sur ce mode
